I’m thrilled you’re here! My name is Kaden Madson, and I’m a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture, a global technology consulting firm. My journey from a small rural town in Utah to working at the intersection of technology, policy, and innovation has been extraordinary.
My entrepreneurial spirit took off in high school when I launched my first business: a drone videography service capturing everything from stunning landscapes to weddings. At the same time, I served as Executive Vice President of Utah Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), igniting my passion for leadership and problem-solving. A few years later, I became an FAA-certified commercial UAV (Drone) pilot at just 21 years old.
That drive for innovation continued through my university years. As a Political Science major at the University of Utah and a Business Scholar, I sought ways to merge business, politics, and technology. Competing against 150 students, my team was awarded the “Best Idea” prize in a university entrepreneurship challenge. I graduated in 2021 and spent time in politics before pivoting to the tech world.
In 2018, my family faced one of its most challenging moments: my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was an educator who dedicated her life to helping children, and to honor her legacy, I founded The Madson Foundation. Each year, we award the Sherri Madson Scholarship to two deserving high school students, continuing her mission of empowering the next generation.
My journey in politics started with internships and state-level roles, eventually leading me to work on multiple congressional campaigns in various leadership capacities—including Campaign Coordinator and Campaign Manager. One of my most significant achievements was building one of the largest volunteer operations in the country, mobilizing over 3,000 volunteers to knock on 16,000+ doors and make 350,000+ phone calls.
Today, at Accenture, I focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges. I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and public sector leaders across industries like Public Service, Healthcare, Media, Communications, and Technology. My work has led to innovative AI-driven solutions that save lives, time, and money.
Beyond my career, I’m constantly looking for new ways to explore creativity and innovation, whether it’s refurbishing furniture, flying my drone, or strategizing new ideas and products. I also love connecting with people who are curious about politics, technology, or nonprofit work.
Let’s build something great together. Reach out—I'd love to connect!
