Kaden Madson

ABOUT MYSELF

Welcome! I am happy that you are here. My name is  Kaden Madson, and I'm a management consulting analyst currently working at Accenture, a technology consulting company in San Francisco, California. My journey from a small rural town in Utah to the heart of tech innovation has been extraordinary.

I started my first business in high school, providing drone video services — everything from capturing beautiful landscapes to recording special moments like weddings. A few years later, at the age of 21, I became an FAA-certified unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) pilot. This venture taught me about entrepreneurship, innovation, and the satisfaction of turning an idea into reality.

My love for innovation continued throughout my university years. As a Political Science major at the University of Utah, I was also accepted as a Business Scholar. This unique blend of business and politics sparked my passion for seeking new ideas and approaches to problem-solving. My team and I were honored with the "Best Idea" prize in a university entrepreneurship challenge, competing against approximately 150 other students. In 2021, I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Political Science and continued to work in politics for a short time after.

Tragedy struck my family when my mother, a devoted educator, was diagnosed with cancer. This brought our family closer and made us cherish our moment with her. I founded The Madson Foundation in her honor, which aims to continue her legacy of helping children. We award the "Sherri Madson Scholarship" to two deserving high school students yearly.

My journey into politics started with internships and jobs at the state level. Later, I served on multiple congressional campaigns in various capacities, from Campaign Coordinator to Campaign Manager and other titles in between. These experiences taught me about leadership, strategy, and the power of effective communication. One notable success was having one of the largest recruitment operations in the country, consisting of over 3,000 signed-up volunteers and one of my candidates currently serving in the United States Congress.

Today, I'm exploring the intersection of technology and society at Accenture, focusing on leveraging technology to improve people's lives and change how we do things. At Accenture, I have worked with some of the most amazing companies and stakeholders in the public and private sectors in the Public Service, Healthcare, Media, and Technology industries. Leveraging AI, I have been able to conceptualize and innovate new and useful systems that have the potential to save lives, time, and money.

I am always looking for new hobbies and ways to explore my creativity, and I love to talk to people about how they can get involved in politics, technology, or nonprofits.
